A specialist insurer has identified a range of sectors in which it can be market leading covering both commercial and third sector niches.
To maintain its position at the forefront of these sectors our client needs regular tracking data to monitor performance, needs and requirements of insurance decision makers and brokers handling these classes, in order to inform strategy and product development. By regularly canvassing the views of both distributors i.e. brokers and the end users per se, they are able to understand their requirements, preferences and attitudes towards different distribution models going forward.
Now in its tenth year, this has been a regular tracking study on Broking Now! which gives robust and reliable findings among commercial insurance brokers in the UK allowing findings to be segmented by broker type, region and size, for example, either bi-annually or annually. Annual tracking of insurance decision makers in end user organisations in 6 different niches from property owners to say third sector presents particular challenges to locate sample, gain commitment to participate and complete a large quantity of interviews in a sensible time frame. Over 600 interviews with end users and 250 with brokers of up to 25 minutes have been conducted by Computer-Assisted Telephone Interviewing (CATI) in any one wave.
The insights are charted and also presented as data tables because the client has a high level of in-house expertise for analysing research findings. This demonstrates our flexibility of working on a full service or a field and tab basis depending on client requirements.
