A market report was to be produced that would position the provider as thought leader and gain significant PR coverage.
Where possible, tracking of a previous survey was to be incorporated also.
FWD sourced contact lists to ensure no bias would be introduced into the sample and emailed potential respondents inviting participation , to be followed by a telephone interview.
A study of 120 risk managers in Financial Institutions was achieved covering 10 territories including UAE, South Africa and 8 European areas
20 minute telephone interviews were conducted in mother tongue as necessary.
Back translation of open-ended questions and coding of responses.
The report was presented in detail internally to the project team.
A shorter, externally focussed and PR driven report was published as a thought leadership piece.
Client executives were able to utilise report in sales meetings in both renewal and new business meetings.
