Business requirement
After a successful launch in their home country, our client wanted to test their new product concept in the UK amongst brokers.
Method
FWD conducted a series of mini groups and face-to-face in-depth interviews with brokers in London and Birmingham to evaluate their reactions to the new product.
Participants were shown a short video about the new concept and then were asked to review the concept attributes in more detail and provide feedback on each component.
Outcome
Reactions to the new concept were extremely positive so the client was going to move into a pilot phase with selected brokers to refine their positioning and their strategy.
