The cyber insurance market is quickly evolving. Prior to launching a new cyber liability proposition, our client wanted to understand the needs of the market by first understanding brokers’ and end customers’ current perceptions of the market.
FWD conducted 11 telephone in-depth interviews with brokers and 7 with end-client decision makers to gain an understanding of where the market is currently at and identify specific gaps.
This was followed by 100 phone interviews with brokers and 100 online interviews with end-client decision makers in small, mid and large companies to quantify some of the findings from the qualitative phase.
The research helped our client refine its cyber insurance offering to best meet the needs of the market.
